What seems to be in high demand in the medical field?

I am a married mother of three and I am planning on going to school. I want to go back for something that is in demand and wont take me a long time to get a degree. I chose the medical field because it seems to always be in need and I do have done medical billing and collections.|||A medical profession is always worth considering, from nurses and doctors right down to hospital cleaning staff.
