I am sixteen and in high school. I am also Vegan. I am in training for competition and am trying to maintain a solid weight, yet at the same time loose a few pounds. I am at my recommended weight for height and age, but a few pounds lost wouldn't be a bad idea...
Any advice to a diet that I can easily stick to is greatly appreciated!!|||This website, run by the Mayo Clinic and has a copy of the vegetarian food pyramid on it. Use it when planing your meals.

also quinoa would be good as well, to keep your protein up.|||If I were you, I'd check out some vegan forums online. Here are a couple specifically designed for fitness. Best to get advice from them or from the library- the book "Becoming Vegan" has a section on how to eat if you are an athlete.
