What horror movie involves a demon and a group of high school students in a field?

I remember watching a horror movie a couple years back on TV and I can't remember the title. I know that there was this demon creature and a group of high school students whose bus broke down and they ended up stranded, but at one point they were in a field by the side of the road trying not to get caught by the demon creature... sound familiar?
