Is there any track and field league that you can join after high school if your college doesn't offer it?

I live in the virginia beach/norfolk area, in Hampton roads virginia. And Im more interested in the field events, High jump, Long Jump, and triple jump.|||I'm not sure about field events, but I know that in Delaware, which is somewhat close, there is the Rehoboth Beach Running Company which does groups of similar ability runners in groups. You could check to see if they do field events, then see if they have branches nearby in Virginia, because its sort of a popular place in Delaware.
